My experience with True Leaf Market was very unsatisfactory. The product I purchased was supposed to be of great quality and it turned out to be very poor. I understand that 100% germination rate is not guaranteed for seeds but this failed terribly. Only 10% did. When I contacted the customer care support system, they were rude and unhelpful. All they could say is that the climate of where I stayed was unfavorable or I did not know how to handle the seeds. To me this was very poor service because I have been farming for over ten years and have never had such experience. I hope that future customers will not have the same encounters.
