I would give 0 stars if possible. I purchased a dress online from this shop on November 21st and the shop owner informed me that it would be shipped out within 3-5 days. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't received my merchandise. I have messaged the shop owner several times and they have not responded at all. No explanation, no apology, no refund, I just lost my money. I think itโs time I make a dispute claim with Paypal because Alex Mill have proven not to care about their customers. I would not recommend buying from this shop unless you want to wait forever for your item to arrive.
