I wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing from the AppOutdoors.com store as I am incredibly unimpressed. On the 17th September, I purchased Altra's Olympus 4 shoes for $169.95 plus the delivery fee. Other than my confirmation email about the order, nothing came through regarding the delivery. I called the customer service line on the 24th of September and was unable to get through. I tried again on the 25th September and was told someone would call me back within 24 hours. No one did. I then used the Live Chat option to enquire about my order on the 28th September. The person I dealt with was incredibly rude and told me that I needed to wait for the shoes to arrive, despite me informing her that I had already waited 11 days for them without any information. A week later, I was told that my shoes had been shipped. I finally received my shoes on the 6th October. This was so frustrating and I will never buy here ever again! After all, when i looked at their other reviews, I see that this is a common problem.
