bit slow. I ordered these loafers for my husband and he loves them! As someone who is generally hard to please when it comes to shoes, my husband was impressed with these loafers and says they are some of the best he's ever had. They're really well-made and the color is perfect. They fit great and my husband says they are very comfortable. He has really enjoyed wearing them; you can tell they're high-quality. The customer service was great and very responsive, especially when we made inquiries about the order. The only problem was that the delivery time took a little longer than I had anticipated. That's why I am giving Baltini 4 stars. I would give 5 stars if the package arrived sooner than 3 days after the estimated delivery date that I was given. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend Baltini to others.
