I ordered 2 LED cases for my Samsung phones. Only one arrived. I reached out to customer service and sent them several emails regarding this issue and I didn’t get an answer about it until now (over 1 month later). I finally got an email from them stating that they are willing to send me a new phone case for free, but I haven't seen it.

I don’t think this is fair because if their customers are having problems with items being shipped, they should compensate the customer immediately so he/she won’t lose faith in their service, but they didn’t until today.

I really like the store and I want to give them my business back, but it’s hard when you cannot trust that you will get what you paid for. So, I would not recommend this store to others until they fix their customer service issues.
