I purchased my first bean bag chair from BeanBag Factory last year. At the time I was hesitant because I've never purchased anything like it before but the great reviews on the site gave me much more confidence in trying this out on my own. I was pleasantly surprised by the result. The chair was a great addition to my home and I quickly got used to just lounging around in it.

A few months ago, my dog somehow managed to get hold of the chair cover and completely destroyed it. I contacted BeanBag Factory about getting a new one and they were more than happy to help me out. I was really impressed with the quality of the cover and how fast they shipped it. This is my go back shop always!
