I live in the USA and We have ordered various slip covers for our sofa and chairs over the past few years and the quality of both the fabric and the manufacture has been consistently excellent. The choice of fabrics both designs is extensive. The expected date when the covers were ready was always on time or early.Their customer service is however extremely nice and helpful, phone or email. I have had queries that have been answered promptly. I love the idea that the great designs from Ikea can be customised and the fact that they send fabric samples for free.
