It’s my first time buying at Ben Soleimani. I did a week of research before i decided to buy, and they turned out to be legit. Great customer service. Quick answers by e-mail. Product as described. The only reason why I am not giving them a five star is that Fedex delivery was unsafe. They left the package at the main door of the building (i live in an apartment) . I did specify the app. number on the order. Anyone could have stolen my package. They need some improvement on the delivery side in terms of addressing the delivery carriers on how to deliver their stuff. Besides that, I have no other complaints and I’m totally happy to have the Iona rug I had ordered!
