Terrible customer service. My order took way too long to ship. When I inquired about my order they said they would get in touch within 32 hours. They never did. Twice they told me that. I canceled the order and was not charged but that is not the point. It is unethical what they are doing because you can not be off that far on the shipment dates. They can cancel whoever they want or postpone whoever. How convenient, right? What about the temptation this creates to ship to the higher bidder??? I will also add that their customer service has gone completely to the dogs. Never will I buy from them!
