Pictures misrepresented items; cheap materials and no refund response.
“The pictures are nothing like the worthless crap they send you.”
Many reviewers describe failed deliveries, wrong items, and refused refunds. Many also say the products look different from the catalog photos and use thin, low-quality materials. Several customers praise the site for being easy to use, with fast checkout and attractive designs. Overall, reviews split sharply between people who get a satisfactory order and those who report missing deliveries and weak customer support.

Pictures misrepresented items; cheap materials and no refund response.
“The pictures are nothing like the worthless crap they send you.”
Long shipping delays, poor quality replacements, and inadequate refunds offered.
“BLAROKEN IS A SCAM!”
Website is easy to use, clear and concise.
“You have a very good website. Easy to use. Clear and concise.”
Products match pictures, comfortable fabrics, expect ~30 days shipping.
“Blaroken products are as pictured, no surprises when the items arrive”
Multiple reviews mention long shipping times, orders that never arrive, or the wrong items being sent. Customers report denied refunds, partial refunds, or vouchers instead of full reimbursement. Several also say they were asked to pay return shipping before anything would be resolved.
Many customers call what they received poor value and say the fabric feels thin or cheap. Complaints also point to partial refunds and vouchers instead of money back. A smaller number of reviews, appearing less often, praise the designs and describe the fabric as comfortable.
High-rated reviews repeatedly describe the website as easy to use, quick to navigate, and clear at checkout. A few users ask for a mobile app and cite shipping charges as a drawback. Comments about a smooth buying flow show up mostly in the higher-rated reviews.
Numerous reports say delivered products don’t match the photos and that the materials feel paper-thin or poorly made. Some customers received the wrong size, the wrong color, or a completely different item. A few isolated reviews mention items that are durable or match the pictures, but those are uncommon.
Many reviewers say customer service doesn’t respond, sends automated replies, or provides tracking links that don’t work or can’t be read. Several claim the phone numbers can’t be reached or that the contact details are fraudulent. These communication problems often stop refunds and returns from moving forward.
Reviews show a clear split between high-rated purchases praising site usability and selection, and low-rated experiences alleging non-delivery, products that don’t match what was shown, and no support. Negative reviews focus on service failures and refund disputes. Positive reviews focus on browsing, design, and a straightforward ordering process.

Blaroken 30-days return policy is just a scam! I am very disappointed in the quality of this jacket. It is not worth $79.00. I have had it for about 5 weeks and the zipper already broke. There is no way to keep it zipped. I would like to return it but I was told that since I have had it for more than 30 days that I am unable to return it. This is not fair because they are selling items that are defective and they should make every effort possible to make their customers happy. Blaroken is a scam site and everyone should stay away from this shop!
