I regret buying from this store. I ordered a dozen copies of little genius books for my kids but got nothing close to it. I had indicated clearly how I wanted the books mixed, but they chose to pack a whole dozen of similar copies. I was disappointed. I wondered why such a big and renowned company could not have a customer care service that is professional? Even after expressing my frustrations and dissatisfactions, no positive response after three weeks. This is the most unprofessional customer care service I have come across. They are just out there to disappoint the clients, not to help them.
