If possible I would give BoxRaw ZERO stars rating. First of all, they are cheats, liars, and thieves. I ordered a sauna suit for my partner from their website, but what was delivered was clearly not what I ordered. It looked more like a child's costume than a sauna suit. And its stitching and material were of what you'd expect from a $10 Chinese sauna suit. I called their customer service, but after talking to them for 10 minutes, it was clear that they wouldn't help me in any way. They blatantly ignored all my requests and acted like they don't speak English. I was forced to send them a photo of what they sent me instead of the product I ordered, but even that didn't work. I got absolutely no help from BoxRaw and had asked for a refund on their website, which took them over three weeks to process. I had to send them numerous emails and call their customer service number (which you can never seem to reach) every day, just for my refund.
Please save yourselves time and money and don't bother buying anything from BoxRaw.
