Paid for a bracelet but received no response or delivery.
“they do not reply to emails and the telephone number rings and then disconnects.”
Available reviews are limited and dominated by a single detailed complaint about non-delivery and unresponsive customer contact. That review reports a paid order not received after months, ignored emails, and disconnected phone calls. Because the sample size is small, this does not establish a pattern across all customers, but it does highlight concrete risks buyers should consider. Consumers researching Brook & York should check current shipping and refund policies, verify seller responsiveness before purchasing, and consider using payment methods with dispute protection if concerned.

I have bought three bracelets in the recent past from brook&york, and I recently thought I bought another bracelet on Sept 30th. It is now Nov 27 and nothing. they do not reply to emails and the telephone number rings and then disconnects. It looks like they are out of business. But they do accept money and do nothing so I am out several dollars. I've emailed them twice asking what the status of the delivery of the bracelet is. They do not reply at all, but I can see they opened my email because it has an 'opened by' date on it.
I am very upset that they are doing this. I feel like there is nothing else to be done since no-one will reply to me. I will never buy anything from them ever again. I would recommend that no-one else does either, unless they are willing to wait several months for their product to be delivered.
