I had an opportunity to purchase my engagement ring, earrings, and bracelets from them. I placed an order which was quickly processed and delivered on time. Unfortunately, some earrings were missing. I contacted them and upon confirmation, they had not packed them. They apologized for the failure on their end and immediately planned for another delivery that saw my earrings arrive safely before the engagement day.
