I ordered a framed collectible from this site. It was a birthday present for my dad. I placed the order on April 16th, and I requested standard shipping because it was a gift and I wanted to make sure that it would arrive in time. The item arrived on April 27th, which was two weeks late and I never got a notification that it had been shipped. When I received the item it was broken (the glass that framed the picture was not attached to the frame). After contacting the company, they were very helpful and prompt with their responses. The replacement was shipped immediately and arrived on time. However, I was not happy with the original experience of getting a broken frame and I gave them 3 stars as a result.
