When I received the item it was broken (the glass that framed the picture was not attached to the frame). After contacting the company, they were very helpful and prompt with their responses. The replacement was shipped immediately and arrived on time. However, I was not happy with the original experience of getting a broken frame and I gave them 3 stars as a result.
