Service is good but delivery time is exceptionally poor. I’ve been waiting almost two weeks since placing my order. Maybe other people order items from this shop when they don’t actually need them? On my side, I needed these and next time will just use other websites that care about their customers. I’m so sick of their fake promises that my order is on the way or it will be delivered soon. In fact, I’m not sure if they shipped it cause I didn’t receive tracking information. I’m so frustrated and this is my last time buying from them. I’d also advise other customers to stay away from Dark Victory.
