Customer service was friendly but pushy, leaving me skeptical.
“she insisted that ordering won't cost me anything right now.”
One reviewer describes a representative who came across as friendly but persistent. No other reviews talk about after‑sales support or fulfillment.
One customer said the item looked cheaper than the photos and pointed to unexpected charges that reduced the sense of value. Beyond that, there’s little said about pricing or refunds.
One buyer says they were told ordering would not cost anything right away, which left them unsure about checkout. Few reviews comment directly on navigation or the buying flow.
One review says the product didn’t match the photos and felt cheaply made. No other product quality notes appear in the sample.
One comment mentions friendly communication but also pressure to go ahead with an order. No other reviews mention reply speed or the channels used.
The two ratings available show a stark split: one reflects strong dissatisfaction, while the other points to a generally positive personal interaction. This gap suggests experiences range from receipt‑related problems to acceptable service contact.

I called Dear Ava around 11 am and got a call from Kay. She suggested that I either sign up for their mailing list or place my order. I wanted to know the shipping fee and other details of the products before actually committing to buy something but she insisted that ordering won't cost me anything right now. Not sure how true! She was sweet though. I will go through their site now. Though I’m a bit skeptical, I will try to order. I want the best gift box so I will give it a try hoping that the cards won’t turn against me in the long run. I partially recommend this company!
