I called and the person who picked up the phone was very rude and impolite, saying that there was no order from me and that if I was talking about the F910 Dual-Mic Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headset then it should not be a problem for me to buy another one. Feel so bad about my terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend the company to anyone else.
