They sent a damaged MacBook and failed to resolve the return.
“the item we received was not the item that was shipped”
Feedback on Expercom is sharply split. Many customers say in-store repairs are fast and effective, and refurbished items arrive quickly. Others describe orders canceled without explanation, damaged or wrong items delivered, and shipping estimates that keep slipping. Prices often come up as lower than Apple, but shipping and return policies frustrate some buyers.

Many reviews praise quick repairs and knowledgeable in-store technicians. Just as many describe repairs that failed or were done wrong, missing parts, and lost customer media. The result is a clear split in repair outcomes rather than one steady level of service.
Several reviewers point to prices below Apple and good experiences buying refurbished items. That price edge often sits alongside complaints about returns, shipping speed, and canceled orders. Value comes up in a small but repeating set of reviews.
Store purchases and repeat buying are often described as smooth and dependable. Online orders repeatedly run into issues such as unexplained cancellations, validation holds, and long shipping windows. Reviews consistently describe these as two different customer paths.
Multiple customers say refurbished devices arrived in good shape. Others report receiving damaged or incorrect items, or losing software or media during service. Overall, handling of inventory and returns appears inconsistent.
Several reviews mention cancellation notices that offer no clear reason, followed by conflicting explanations from staff. Customers also describe shipping delays and estimated ship dates that suddenly move out. Communication problems often show up alongside order and fulfillment issues.
Longtime customers describe reliable service and repeat purchases. Other reviewers report unresolved orders, failed repairs, and lost items that drove low ratings. Overall, reviews split between happy repeat buyers and customers who ran into major breakdowns.

I wanted to leave my thoughts about the Expercom company. I bought an Apple watch from them a few weeks ago and I have great experience with them. Everyone here is knowledgeable and very nice. I chose to get more information about watches instead of buying online, but you can do that as well! The customer service was excellent and I am glad I stopped in their store. I've learned a lot about new technologies during a friendly conversation with an employee. After the conversation they let me know what the best option for me is and even recommended some cool new models. They are simply best place if you want to buy Apple Watch
