Multiple reviewers report missing pieces, broken parts, and items that don’t match the listed size or color. A smaller group praises thick, durable puzzle pieces and sturdy builds. The comments include assembly problems, defects, and product descriptions that don’t line up with what arrived.
Many customers say repeated emails went unanswered, and warranty questions weren’t workable by phone. In contrast, some reviewers describe single agents who fixed issues quickly. Unwanted mailed catalogs also come up, but less often.
Most low ratings focus on orders that never arrived, messages that were ignored, and refunds that weren’t resolved. High ratings highlight fast shipping and replacements that arrived without hassle. I have been a big fan of Fat Brain Toys for years. As a grandmother to three small children, I’ve been looking for quality products that will last for years and be fun during the process. After years of frustration with many other brands, I finally found what I was looking for at this company…they make wonderful products that are unique and challenging. For instance, the puzzle I ordered for my grandaughter's 5th birthday was one of the best I have ever seen from this company. The quality is great, the pieces are very thick and well made, and it is a very fun puzzle that provides a lot of challenge for a 5 year old. I highly recommend this company and their puzzles to anyone who wants a quality product that will last.
