My Personal experience at Fun.com was not bad and t I had no problem with any of the process. I am happy to say that I had a great experience with them. Ordered a playset for my grandson’s upcoming birthday party but I decided to cancel the order with them (as I thought I would not receive the item in the time frame I needed) but Fun.com contacted me prior to processing my cancelation to let me know my items would ship out the next day if I still wanted them. So I kept the order in place, received tracking info, and received my shipment in 4 days. (Good price and items as described) I really appreciate that (I guess I'm not supposed to name people) in customer service took the time to contact me about my transaction concerns. Thank you again to all of you who went out of the way to ensure my grandson’s gift arrived on time.
