Don’t buy from this company. I ordered an electric scooter for my daughter and it arrived damaged. I understand that these things happen, however it took more than 10 emails and phone calls over a 3 month period to get a full refund.What a joke! The customer service reps even tried to defend their company opposed to working with the customer to find a solution. What poor customer service! I would not recommend doing business with this company. Just look at the star and a half rating. It would be lower if 0 stars could be given. Cannot be trusted at all!!!
