I have had a very bad experience with the company Gemvara. I bought a ring in August 2016 and the stone fell off within the first month of buying. I had to take it back to the store where they said they would get back to me, but it didn't happen. At the start they told me someone would be in touch within 5 days, again that didn't happen. It took 7days for them to realise that it was faulty and make me an offer of replacement or refund, then i had to wait another 50 days for it to be forwarded back to me "DHL" only for it to come couriered via TNT 4 days later because Gemvara hadn't noticed its return on DHL's system! So I am without my ring for a full month and when I got the new ring back from TNT (which was awful by the way) I went straight back into store asking for a refund as this has been my worst online shopping experience ever and I would never recommend them to anyone.
