I purchased a door mat for myself and another for my parents. I am so unhappy with the door mat I received from this store. The quality is horrible, the design was printed poorly and it was said to be a "nourishing" door mat. The backing of the doormat was rough and left marks on my floor. It's not the same product as pictured on the site and it is not worth what I paid for. I contacted them and they got back to me very fast, but then after that, they were almost impossible to reach. It's like you're contacting a dead end. So, I decided to keep it because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of shipping it back and getting a refund. But I would not endorse this shop at all.
