I found a really great pair of shoes and ordered them online, but when they arrived I was really disappointed. The fit was terrible and the support was basically non-existent! I contacted customer service and after a few exchanges, we decided to send them back.
However, I have to say that the customer service at Inner Art World is amazing. They were so helpful and understanding, and they even refunded me the full cost of the shoes! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone, but make sure you get a good fit before you buy anything!
