Do not order from Intimissimi! I have never had an online shopping experience so bad before.

I ordered two bras from Intimissimi, and after waiting for more than a month I started to write several emails. They always answered me very quickly, but they always said that my refunds would be credited in 10 business days. Now it's been almost two months since the order, and I have still received nothing. I think it is ridiculous that they keep telling me that my money will be credited in 10 business days when it has already been over 2 months! They should give me a refund. This company is a scam!!
