Customers often describe IWOOT as a place to find unusual gifts at good prices. Some reviews mention fast delivery and solid packaging. “Very fast delivery, very smooth transaction.”
Order never delivered and refund not provided, required bank fraud report.
“I ordered in November, nothing ever delivered.”
Order was late; return required a fee and company disputed delivery.
“I contacted them asking where my order was, didn't receive a reply”
Many reviews describe orders stuck in processing, never sent, or arriving late. Several customers mention cancellations without a satisfactory refund, and items shown as delivered that never arrived. A smaller set of reviews reports quick service and on-time delivery.
Several positive reviews point to sharp pricing, discount codes that worked, and good value on collectibles. Complaints come up repeatedly about discounts that didnโt apply or refunds for promo codes being refused. Value issues appear less often than service and communication problems.
Some customers say the site is easy to use and that cancelling and reordering went smoothly. Others report cancellation buttons that donโt work, stock shown as available when it isnโt, and trouble removing items from the basket. Overall, reviews split between smooth ordering and specific features failing.
Several buyers compliment the packaging and the condition of items on arrival, including collectibles and household products. Other reviews mention faulty items, missing parts, or products that didnโt work as advertised, followed by no support. These quality issues often appear alongside return or refund problems.
Poor or no replies from customer support is a major theme, especially after delivery or refund questions. Reviewers often mention emails going unanswered, review requests arriving too soon, and no updates on delayed orders. A few note clear dispatch messages, but this comes up rarely.
Reviews draw a clear line between customers happy with unique gifts at good prices and those dealing with missing deliveries and refunds that never got resolved. Most negative feedback focuses on fulfillment and support, not the product range. The number of service and communication complaints strongly shapes the overall view.

If you're thinking about ordering from this company, don't. They rip people off and will not deliver what they promise. Then do not respond to emails or phone calls and refuse to refund you. They eventually sent me a broken light and refused to refund me. I have tried numerous times to contact this company via phone, email and the contact us form on their website, without success. I have also tried to file a complaint with the BBB and have opened a dispute with my credit card company. I hope all of you who have been ripped off by this company will do the same.
