I ordered two 14k gold-dipped brass necklaces; one for my mom and one for me. My mother's necklace arrived much earlier than predicted, but not mine. I contacted the company and they were very nice to respond to all of my emails (and there were lots of them). They told me that they would refund me for the necklace if it didn't arrive by October 8th, which was the day before my birthday. Well, guess what? My necklace arrived on October 3rd! Awesome!!! I am very pleased with the necklace, it is beautiful and the quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend them and will use them again myself if needed.
