My first time experience at this shop was fantastic! Everything I needed was available and the staff was very helpful in finding what I needed. However, my second experience was just as bad. From the customer service responses to my questions, it was clear that they didn't care about their customers anymore.

It seems like this shop has really good and really bad days, so it might be worth checking out on a day-by-day basis to see if it's a good time to go. Otherwise, there are definitely other places in town where you can get the same products.

Overall, I would say that this shop is worth checking out, but it really depends on the day and the staff's mood. If you're lucky, you'll have a great experience, but if not, you might want to go somewhere else.
