I am a new customer and I am not happy with this company. I ordered a flask from this website and I have been waiting for my order for almost a month and they have been giving me the runaround.. After 3 weeks of waiting, I sent over ten emails to follow up on the matter and have yet to receive a response. I tried calling the company, but their phones were never answered.
