I had ordered an item at KJ Becket but unfortunately, the item I had ordered was out of stock for immediate delivery as I had requested. So KJ Beckett sent an e-mail explaining the situation and they offered a replacement or refund, including the delivery charge as they had not been able to fulfill the complete order. I had a lengthy talk with an excellent customer service team member who found me a replacement item that was in stock and arranged for dispatch to meet my deadline. The order was delivered quickly and they followed up until it reached my door. I was really impressed to be treated like a valued customer. This is how businesses should be done. Absolutely brilliant service.
