I am not sure if they are just hoping I will give up and go away, but they have ignored me several times now. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 2 rope laces for my son. When they arrived, I was underwhelmed by the quality. They are thin and look nothing like the picture so I emailed the company asking for a refund. They asked me to take pictures, which I did. They then replied saying they were sorry for my experience but it seems they were not willing to do anything about it. All in all, an expensive mistake that I won’t be repeating!
