It looked great, so we ordered. On May 7th, I got an email saying my order had shipped and would be at my home in 3 business days. The shipment came on the third day as predicted and two of my tools were misplaced--and unable to be located before I needed them. It took 6 weeks for them to figure out what happened to them and gave me broken replacements.
