I’m passionate about fashion designing, which is the reason why I joined the dressmaking industry. To grow my business, I always get all the necessary items from reputable companies. Being my third time to shop from Minerva Crafts, I was guaranteed quality and timely delivery of my products. So, I placed my order, made the payment, and was good to receive the delivery. However, the unexpected happened. This time there was a delayed shipment and whenever I contacted them, the responses were disrespectful. We argued for hours without resolution or a reason for the delay. For a few more days, I kept following up. Though I finally received my goods, I was disappointed with how they handled my case. I resolved not to buy anything from them again.
