I placed my order for my moon pod bean bag and a crescent but it did not come in time when it was supposed to come in. I notified Moonpod's shop and they offered to ship out another order for me though which was great, however, I am having trouble with their customer service. I contacted them about my order to inquire if they could please expedite ship the package because I wanted it before the weekend, however this time they sent me an email which was basically sending the same message but setting a date of when I should receive my order. They said that once my order ships out they will follow up with a tracking number to my package. I have been trying to contact them since then and there is no answer. Please tell me if I should just cancel this order or keep waiting?
