I purchased a custom made leather uniform jacket from Mr. Riegillio .com in 2011 and I had an awful experience. The customer service representative was actually very rude and arrogant to my queries throughout the process. I didn't receive any updates regarding my order and had to call several times to follow up; the service reps did not understand a single thing I said and spoke over me, making the online shopping experience a nightmare all together. If you're not sure of anything, don't expect them to be interested and have your back, as they won't consider your feelings at all. They're just plain ignorant when someone tries finds information regarding his/her order rather than placing orders over phone calls, but that's just absurd given that there are more efficient ways to do this like emailing! ------- Don't use the company, it's extremely frustrating trying to get any sort of information regarding your purchase from them!
