I ordered 2 dresses and both of them arrived very wrinkled and small. The quality of the dresses were horrible. The return policy is confusing and the customer service is dreadful. They want you to pay for return shipping when they screwed up. When I received my refund after sending the dress back, they deducted "shipping charges", so the shipping charges were more than the cost of the dress. They then informed me that there was a restocking charge that they had not included in the original cost. I am so pissed off right now. I would suggest ordering from a different company.
