Order delayed over a month and customer service was unresponsive.
“I've tried calling customer service and no one answered”
One review describes a delivery delay of more than a month and repeated calls to customer service that went unanswered. That same review also gives a high numeric rating, which clashes with the service complaint. With only one submission, any takeaways are early and limited to delivery and communication.

Delivery and fulfillment are the main issues in the available feedback. The single review says the order arrived more than a month late. No other service-quality concerns appear in the dataset.
The review does not mention pricing, refunds, or whether it felt worth the cost. This topic has few or no mentions in the current data. These submissions do not support any value-for-money judgement.
In the reported case, shipping delays and unreachable support shape the experience. The reviewer says they tried contacting customer service repeatedly without getting an answer. There are no remarks about the website, installation, or setup.
The review does not comment on condition, performance, or durability. No product-quality observations appear in the data. These submissions do not allow conclusions about reliability.
Communication problems stand out most in the review. The reviewer reports calling customer service and getting no response. With only one review, this is the strongest communication signal available.
The single review reads as mixed: it pairs a service complaint with a high numeric rating. The dataset is too small to show broader patterns. More reviews are needed for a dependable overall view.

I would love to be able to fill out this questionnaire with a good response, however Iโm not happy with the last purchase experience. It is even hard to review something when you haven't received your order for a 1 month plus after placing it. I've tried calling customer service and no one answered, I also emailed and no one replied. I have not gotten any information as to when I should expect my order. So if you would like I can do this another time after I have received my order. But for now, I'll advise you to save your money! Whatever that means!
