I contacted them regarding the status of my order and they didn't respond until Saturday saying that they would ship it Monday and I wouldn't receive it until Thursday. There was no response until Friday and they said that there was an issue with their PayPal, which is the only method of payment accepted by this company. They said that if I chose to still go ahead with my order that I agreed to wait another week for shipping. So I chose to recall my order for refund, and haven't received it yet, which is two months later. I don’t recommend the company.
