“The products they offer are too overpriced and not worth the effort.”
Product relieved sciatica pain but orders experienced delayed shipments.
“Now I am even able to walk without pain.”
One reviewer pointed to shipping delays. No other comments mentioned returns, refunds, or customer support. The reviews don’t show a wider pattern on service.
One clear complaint says the pet CBD was overpriced and not worth buying. No comments push back on the price or mention discounts. Value is the main negative theme.
One user reported strong pain relief and said they could walk without pain, a clear day-to-day improvement. Separate feedback said a pet refused the product, suggesting it wasn’t acceptable for that use. Together, the comments show mixed results depending on the user and situation.
One review credits the product with easing sciatica pain, showing it worked in that case. Another says a pet wouldn’t take it and calls it overpriced, pointing to a poor fit for that use. With so few reviews, it’s hard to judge overall consistency.
No one specifically comments on how clear or responsive customer support was. The only related note is a shipping delay, which is more about delivery than messaging. There isn’t enough here to judge communication.
Comments pair a positive health result with a negative take on price and pet acceptance. The tone is split rather than consistently positive. With only a few reviews, broader conclusions stay limited.

I was definitely skeptical at first about using the CBD oil for my sciatica pain…but after using it for a few days, I noticed a significant improvement in my pain levels. Now I am even able to walk without pain. CBD Balance® Softgels are very nice and convenient. I am able to take them as often as needed for pain relief and sleep. The only problem with the supplier is the delay in shipment. My first order took a bit longer than I expected and I thought it would be different during the subsequent orders. Though they have slightly improved, there are still some delays. To make sure the capsules don't run out, I order 2 weeks earlier.
