Fun for family and friends and easy to set up and store.
“Easy to set up and store away.”
Many reviewers say Putterball is simple to set up and works well for family play in both regular and XL sets. Several buyers report adhesive problems, with edges lifting, bubbles forming, and mats warping in ways that affect ball roll. Some customers say items were missing or orders never arrived, and that customer support did not respond. Ratings swing from enthusiastic five-star praise to one-star complaints focused on damage and service issues.

Many players call the game fun and family-focused, which supports its value for leisure. Some buyers say the price felt unjustified once mats deformed or failed, and a few reviewers directly describe it as expensive for the durability.
Most comments point to quick setup, compact storage, and broad appeal for family and friends. A smaller group notes seam bumps and folding-related deformation that throw off ball roll and accuracy.
Reviews repeatedly describe adhesive separating, edges lifting, bubbling, and material that arrives melted or becomes warped, leaving uneven, unplayable surfaces. A minority say the mat feels well made and durable, showing a clear split in build results.
Several reviewers say customer service did not reply to return requests or damage complaints. These unanswered messages often come with reports of missing accessories or delivery problems.
Feedback splits between enthusiastic accounts of play and major product or service failures. Reviewers report this contrast even for the same sizes and similar purchase situations.

PutterBall Portable Turf is genius! It allows you to play golf virtually anywhere. I bought one for my husband. He loves it. He's the type of guy who could go 18 holes at a moment's notice. So, when I told him that I was going to buy him a Putterball for his present, he was pretty skeptical. After he saw it & tried it out, he was hooked! I love the putterball. It's portable so we can take it to the beach. We have used it at the cottage and on our deck. It's a lot of fun and will improve your putting tremendously. Your whole family will enjoy it! My only concern is the actual quality of the surface - it's not very durable and it looks like holes will start developing soon.
