Shoppers often mention helpful staff by name and a wide range of team apparel in stores. Many reviews also describe online-order and post-purchase problems, including late shipments, returns that never get processed, and messages that go unanswered. Reviews disagree on pricing. A smaller group flags quality issues such as jersey numbers peeling and emblems coming off.

Many reviews praise store associates by name and describe patient, knowledgeable help finding items. Several mention quick checkout, easy in-store returns, and employees doing more than expected. A smaller number report rude behavior, refusal to follow up, or staff being too intrusive during visits.
Many reviewers describe the prices as reasonable and point to good deals on team merchandise. Others say the prices are high or outrageous and tie value concerns to a cluttered store feel. Overall, shoppersโ views on pricing differ by person and location.
Multiple reviews describe stores as clean and organized, with broad team selections that lead to extra purchases. Some shoppers mention tight aisles, limited sizing on certain items, and missing options for specific college teams. Atmosphere and selection shape many of the strong in-store experiences.
Fewer reviews focus on product quality than on service or communication, but they include both positives and defects. Several shoppers report good-quality purchases and fair pricing on team outfits. Others mention jersey numbers failing, emblems detaching, and worries about possible counterfeit tags.
The main wave of negative feedback points to breakdowns in order and post-sale communication, including slow processing, canceled or backordered items with no notice, and customer messages that get ignored. Multiple reviews also describe returns that never get processed, billing or shipping mistakes, and slow or absent support responses. These problems show up repeatedly across review sources.
In-store visits often earn positive feedback for staff help and selection. Online and post-purchase experiences more often end with unresolved orders, refunds, or product problems. Many reviews come back to that gap between strong in-person service and weak follow-through after the sale.

I have been a loyal customer at Rally House for two years now. They offer unique , high quality products at affordable prices. It is this very reason that I decided to get new jerseys for my wife and two sons every six months. However, I felt disappointed during my recent purchase. We needed the jerseys for a family day out and thus opted for Next-Day Air shipping. I wanted them delivered real quick but this never happened. When I contacted the company, the customer care rep was rude and unapologetic. He told me to wait for 3 days. I tried to explain I had paid for next day air shipping but he did not listen. I had no option but to wait.
