First order - very good experience, quick delivery and good selection of brands, excellent packaging, some good promo offers too from time to time.
Second order - was a disaster. Ordered a pair of chino pants. Heard nothing for a week, emailed them twice and heard nothing. I called them twice and said they should be with me soon. A few hours later it had been refunded without explanation. A shame as I'd had a good experience previously. If they didn’t want to deliver, they would have issued an apology or an explanation before they refund. After this experience, I'm unlikely to ever order again! Useless company.
