Few days later I contacted the customer service by email asking when the item would be shipped and got a reply saying that the item would be shipped very soon. After 3 weeks from the purchase the item still had not been shipped and I contacted the customer service by email again. I got a reply that they would look into the case so we could find a solution... That was a month later now. I get the impression I won't get my order delivered. I contacted them several times since, this time with no answer whatsoever. Very disappointed in this company and the way they treat customers. Seems fraudulent!
