Service was great and products were excellent.
“Service is Great and Products are super”
Reviewers often praise Stirlingkit’s machining and how well the kits run. Many customers call out specific staff members for quick, hands-on help with parts. Several buyers describe missing manuals, wrong or faulty replacements, and refunds that arrived late or not at all. Overall, reviews split between strong product satisfaction and poor ordering or communication experiences.

Many reviews praise specific staff members (Martin, Mona) for quick troubleshooting, replacing parts, and walking customers through fixes. Another visible set describes wrong parts, faulty replacements, and refunds being refused after defects appeared during assembly. These two service themes dominate the comments.
Many customers say the prices are good and the products feel like strong value. A smaller group points to promotions they view as misleading or refunds that were not paid after purchases. These value complaints show up less often than the positive price comments.
Several buyers say they enjoyed building the engines and using the kits with children. Repeated remarks mention missing manuals or unclear instructions that took extra effort to work through. A minority report non-delivery or canceled orders and raise concerns about scam sites.
Multiple reviews describe well-machined engines that run reliably and arrive well packed. Some customers report missing or broken parts and needed replacements. Praise for workmanship appears more often than reports of defective units.
Many reviewers mention fast, helpful replies and smooth shipping coordination for international orders. Another cluster describes no replies, slow responses, and refunds not paid after orders were canceled or never shipped. Contact problems appear mainly in the negative reviews.
Reviews show a clear split: high ratings highlight product quality and helpful support, while low ratings focus on non-delivery, refund problems, or unanswered messages. Positive comments often mention repeat purchases and kits that work as expected. Negative accounts concentrate on fulfillment and post-sale communication.

Not a very good experience with this company. I ordered a RC Engine model and was not able to use it. The engine would not run correctly and since I did not want to just throw it away (it was so expensive to even think of that) so I tried to return it. The company is so hard to deal with, I spent a lot of time trying to get an RMA number or return address. They responded saying they would send me an RMA right away. After 30 days, I had not received the RMA and I contacted them again but I did and never heard from them again. Refuse to answer calls or emails. So I had to keep a faulty engine, anyway. Do not purchase from this company.
