I ordered 4 sets of duvet covers from THX Silk a few weeks ago because the price was great and they looked to be pretty nice for what I needed them for - a gift. However, one of the sets arrived and it seemed strange that they shipped one set in different packaging than all the others which were all individually packaged. I checked out the set and was immediately disappointed because it wasn't even a duvet cover, just a sheet. A bit odd - 4 sets of duvet covers and one is just a sheet so I raised a complaint with THX and, as expected, they sent out a new set the next day. This time it arrived individually packaged just like all the others and I was pleased to see that this one seemed to be a duvet cover after all.
