Tribe Tokes has excellent customer service. I'd give them at least a 6 out of 5 star rating if I could. My package was lost in the mail and they sent me a free vape pen, no questions asked! Now that's true customer service. As for the vape pen itself, I am very impressed. It's a sturdy design with a good weight to it and I'm a fan of the way it vapes. Tribe Tokes is my new go-to for vaping on the go. These guys are the absolute best. I'd totally recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable vape pen. A+++++ for sure.
