When I ordered the Vankyo Leisure 430W projector they indicated that the item was in stock. The next day, they charged me for it. However, it seems like they didn't have the projector in stock. They claim that it will ship in 3-8 days. It's been well over 2 months now and no projector. I've sent them several emails asking about the status of my order and have gotten no response. The website also says that they have great customer service, but so far I've had nothing but frustrations with this. The company wouldn't offer any other solution than to wait. So I waited 2 months for nothing. I will order from this site again!
