I bought a dough mixer from Vevor, which they say is the best in its class. I'm not sure if it's because of how I was using it, but all of a sudden one day, the dough mixer completely stopped working! It made this weird sound and started smelling like something was burning...it made me so worried! When I tried to contact customer service, they said the mixer wasn't supposed to smell like that, or make weird sounds. They then proceeded to ask me if I had been using it properly. How am I supposed not to know how it's supposed to work? I sent multiple emails asking for a replacement, but Vevor didn't even bother to respond. I would not recommend buying from this company. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different company.
