I have ordered couple of times from Vivamacity site before but now I would never recommend them to anyone else. They just don't care about customer satisfaction. In my recent purchase, I ordered diamond band ring for my wife 's birthday party. Even though the quality was great, the size of ring was too small for my wife 's finger. When I contacted them they refused for replacement and asked me to return the ring. I already paid the return shipping cost also because their size chart was not accurate, so it's my loss both ways. This is not how you do business. Never order from them and don't recommend to anyone else for same reasons.
